Supporting Laws Against Domestic Violence 2015/10/23   Mark attended the 2014 Conference on Legislation Against Domestic Violence in Shenzhen held Aug 17. Legislators, activists, volunteers, lawyers, victims of domestic violence and community members from Shenzhen, Beijing, Hong Kong and other cities discussed ways to develop and improve legal ways to help victims fight back. Honored to be a keynote speaker and the only foreigner present, Mark spoke of the need for laws to be easily and widely understood, enforced and  in tune with the local communities expectations: "These are the 3 As", he said, "Aware, Available and Acceptable.".
