	在肯尼亚出生，在中国深圳居住十二年，马克.奥克思.奥巴马.狄善九是一位颇有成就的钢琴家、作家、艺术家和商人。他从布朗大学获得物理专业理科学士学位（并完成了文科学士的数学课程要求），从斯坦福大学获得物理专业硕士学位，并从埃默里大学工商管理学硕士项目毕业。凭借其在朗讯科技及北电通讯等公司积累的15年电子通讯及国际营销和品牌推广经验，他在全球担任顾问工作。他通过了汉语水平考试七级，并且热爱书法。除了他的第一本著作《从内罗毕到深圳》，他还完成了一本回忆录、出版了三张钢琴演奏专辑：《不合时宜的乐曲》、《午夜情思》、《The Divine Comedy: Reflections on William Blake》。他目前正着手翻译晚唐诗人李商隐的诗，并定期为深圳的孤儿教授钢琴课程。狄善九先生已被任命为中国志愿者形象大使和特奥会大使。
